The source scan comes from the The Albertina Museum, and the file offered here measures 3074 × 4248 px (1.2 MB). It is filed under Prints and Renaissance, in portrait format. Archive Lane holds 39 works by Oliviero Gatti, an Italian artist.
Oliviero Gatti (1579–1648), an Italian painter and engraver, was a native of Parma. He was a scholar of Giovanni Lodovico Valesio, and, from the resemblance of his style, although greatly inferior, to that of Agostino Carracci, was probably instructed in engraving by that master.
