1. Return Window

You have a reasonable period from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Canvas prints
  • Framed prints
  • Posters and art prints

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised orders (e.g., custom-sized prints)
  • Items that have been damaged through misuse or improper handling after delivery
  • Items returned after the return window

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions promptly
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our team

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund promptly once the item is inspected. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit cards: refunds typically appear depending on your bank
  • Other payment methods: processing times may vary

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
