Ault & Wiborg Posters

Ault & Wiborg Posters: 119 artworks catalogued so far, each downloadable or printable to order.

Advertising printed by the Ault and Wiborg ink company, which used its own posters to demonstrate what its inks could do. The result is a body of work in which the printing is the point and the subject is almost incidental, and the colour is consequently better than most other work of the same date. Made to order at high resolution.

A size that doesn't match this artwork's own proportions is centred and trimmed to fit, and each print type's page states exactly how much of the image that removes.
